What are you doing?” “We’re having a muddy fun time!” Bud said, splashing more mud. Pup wagged his tail. “I want to join!” Gus and Bud laughed. “Okay, Pup! Jump in!” Pup jumped right into the puddle, sending mud flying. They all rolled and played until they were covered in mud from head to toe. After a while, they decided it was time to clean up. “Let’s go back to my house,” said Gus. “We can wash off in the tub!” When they got to Gus's house, his mom chuckled at the sight of the muddy friends. “Oh my! What happened to you three?” “We had the best fun in the puddle!” Gus exclaimed, grinning. His mom smiled and filled the tub with warm water. “Alright, muddy buddies, it’s bath time!” After their bath, Gus, Bud, and Pup sat together on the porch, drying off in the sun. “That was the best day ever!” Bud said. “Let’s do it again tomorrow!” Gus replied, his eyes sparkling with excitement. Maybe we can use it to help the village!” But 水 shook her head. “Fire alone won’t solve everything. We need water too.” Suddenly, the ground shook, and the mountain began to rumble. 火 dropped the rock, and 水 closed her eyes, whispering, “Please, 山, help us.” To their surprise, the mountain listened. A cool spring bubbled up from the ground, calming the rumbling and sending fresh water down the mountain. The water flowed into the village, filling the rivers and bringing life back to the plants.
